PillStash is a cloud-based pharmacy management system designed to help licensed pharmacies track inventory, manage expiries, and process sales. We provide the software "as is" and do not take responsibility for the physical stock or operations of your pharmacy.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be a legally registered and licensed pharmacy in your jurisdiction to use this software for commercial purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to input accurate data regarding drug names, prices, and expiries.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all sales made through the Software comply with local health regulations and pharmacy laws.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PillStash is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Paystack). Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of your account.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PillStash, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
